Health Through Movement
Our non-profit organisation provides support for kids, seniors, those with learning difficulties, empowerment programmes for girls and community programmes which are designed to get (or keep) people physically, mentally and socially active.
Physical Activity
Regular physical activity promotes overall health and well-being by improving cardiovascular fitness, enhancing mood, boosting immune function, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.
Mental Stimulation
Engaging in regular mental stimulation, such as learning new skills or solving puzzles, helps maintain cognitive function, enhances memory, and contributes to long-term brain health.
Social Contact
Regular social contact fosters emotional well-being, reduces feelings of loneliness, and contributes to a sense of belonging, ultimately promoting mental and psychological health.
Featured Projects
Here are a few of the the partnerships we’re currently engaged in.

Watford CSE Empower and Empower Up! Holiday Camp
In partnership with the Watford FC Community Sports and Education Trust, we proudly deliver captivating boxing sessions for their Empower and Empower Up programmes, aimed at 9-12-year-olds. Our approach to these sessions is rooted in fun and creativity, utilising interactive equipment and innovative methods to transform boxing into a highly engaging activity. This strategy ensures that every session is inclusive and enjoyable, promoting teamwork and building confidence among the young participants
The enthusiastic feedback from the kids is a testament to the success of our approach, and it has led to the expansion of our sessions into additional areas. Currently, we are actively supporting communities in Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, and Harrow.
Our collaboration with the Watford CSE Trust is a reflection of our deep commitment to leveraging sports for community engagement and youth development. By enriching the physical activity aspect of the Empower programme, we play a crucial role in enhancing the overall wellbeing of young people.

School Intervention Programme
Our innovative 6-8 week intervention schools programme targets primary school children aged 8-11, especially those with challenges like ADHD and attachment disorders. We conduct active, early morning boxing sessions focused on movement, using interactive equipment to engage the children in a fun and dynamic way.
This programme aims to prepare children for their school day, helping them expend excess energy and encouraging punctuality. The sessions are not only about physical exercise but also include brief discussions on healthy lifestyle habits, mirroring a boxer's regimen. This approach helps children understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle in a simple, approachable manner.
The programme's success is evident in improved school attendance and reduced classroom disruptions. Positive feedback from children, parents, and teachers underscores its effectiveness. Additionally, inspiring some participants to take up boxing further demonstrates the programme's impact in fostering a love for physical activity and healthy living. Memory and Movement for Seniors
Our "Memory and Movement" programme is specifically designed to enrich the lives of the elderly, with a focus on individuals with dementia. We leverage the advanced Tover interactive equipment to create stimulating, enjoyable experiences for its participants.
"Memory and Movement" offers a series of gentle, interactive activities that are both physically and cognitively engaging. Utilising the Tover technology, the programme is tailored to be accessible and appealing, helping to improve motor skills and cognitive function. This innovative approach not only benefits the participants but also provides caregivers with options for involvement or respite. They can participate in the activities, creating shared experiences, or take a break, knowing their loved ones are engaged and safe.
The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Participants demonstrate increased engagement and happiness, while caregivers value the flexibility and observed improvements. This programme exemplifies our dedication to enhancing the wellbeing of the elderly with dementia, showcasing the transformative impact of combining cutting-edge technology with compassionate care.
How we’re changing lives
Physical Health
Through the use of interactive fitness gaming equipment as well as more traditional sports such as boxing and football, we’re able to bring diverse groups together in the spirit of friendly competition. While participants are engaged in the fun aspect of the activity, they often don’t realise just how much physical exercise they’re getting.
Mental Health
Positive gaming, through exercise, has been shown to release endorphins, neurotransmitters that act as natural mood lifters, thereby reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression; additionally, regular physical activity is associated with improved sleep, enhanced stress resilience, and increased cognitive function, contributing to overall positive mental well-being. In addition, the in-built challenges of exergames can improve other aspects of cognitive function.
