What Do We Promote?
Through physical activities and academic support, our programmes for kids provide much needed encouragement and guidance that helps them to reach their full potential.
Growth
Through participation in physical and exergaming activities, kids improve both their physical and mental health and grow in confidence. Participants remain highly motivated throughout the length of the programmes and this positively impacts their performance at school.
Achievement
We prioritise the education of children and work with parents and teachers where necessary to develop ways for children to remain engaged in the classroom. We support and fund courses where we feel that candidates are committed and would benefit from additional tuition.
Support
By mentoring and counselling kids, we provide the necessary support to help them navigate the often difficult path into adulthood. Our staff are engaged in ongoing training to broaden the range of areas where we can offer effective support to children and their families.
Social Bonds
We provide a framework for positive social interactions which play a crucial role in the holistic development of children, fostering a range of cognitive, emotional, and behavioural skills essential for navigating the complexities of the world.
Youth Development
We provide youth development programmes such as boxing, fitness, and mentoring. Our focus is especially on children who are at risk of becoming NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Our programmes provide avenues for them to channel their energies constructively. Through boxing, fitness, and mentoring, we not only promote physical well-being but also instil discipline, boost self-confidence, and offer them meaningful guidance. This approach has been show to curb potential negative outcomes and offer these youths a chance for a brighter future.
Positive results are especially rewarding where kids have begun to get involved in gang culture but through our programmes have managed to turn their lives around.

Kids with Special Needs
We run sessions at local schools and with charities to ensure the sessions are fun and achieve its purpose. We have run voluntary morning school programmes where the school has selected a cohort of children that fitted (ADHD, attachment disorder etc). This 6-8 week intervention resulted in positive results for the pupils, students and their families. An example of this is that pupils needed less movement breaks than usual on the days the classes were run. Another positive is that the children were frequently late on school days but on the day boxing sessions they were keen to come in early. Even though some were late for the boxing session (8am), they did not want to miss the whole class. Consequently whilst they missed the start of the boxing session, they were still on time for the start of school at 8.50am.
